Kieran Moore

Kieran’s leadership journey begun with his achievement as a Level 3 (exemplary) Teacher in 2016 while working at Piara Waters Primary School. From here, Kieran worked as a Deputy Principal at Piara Waters Primary School for 5 years, before being selected to participate in the Aspirant Principal Preparation Program (APPP). This competitive 12-month program provided Kieran with opportunities to lead as School Principal in a variety of schools and regions, including in the Wheatbelt, Goldfields, Peel, South Metropolitan and North Metropolitan regions.

Kieran is passionate about providing excellence in ‘customer service’ for all parents, students and visitors who enter our doors, ensuring they feel valued, heard and a part of this great school community. Kieran believes in the importance of being visible and proactive in the school, connecting with students and establishing strong relationships with all key stakeholders in the education of our children.

Core to Kieran’s values are the importance of all staff developing and reflecting on the attributes of highly effective people, which are key characteristics of high performing staff and schools. Kieran joined Dalmain Primary School in Term 2 of 2023 as the Permanent Principal, working collaboratively with staff in leading the schools vision and direction for excellence. Kieran is passionate about furthering Dalmain Primary School’s reputation as a distinguished and exemplary primary school, and recognises that this important work begins with the School Board.
